e-signature solution for signing licence agreements for eHealth

Business Needs / Challenges

The department is supporting a manual workflow for granting licence agreements to Healthcare Providers (HCPs) in Hong Kong, to use the software developed to support the territory-wide Electronic Health Record Sharing System (eHRSS).  The workflow involves a number of manual processes, and signature on hard copy.  Those manual processes are repetitive and time consuming.  Manual updates to the paper licences can be costly and require repetitive document generation.  The department is looking for an innovative solution to solve the manual paper-based challenges.

With the application of innovative solutions, it should be able to digitalise and automate the process of granting licence agreements.  Apart from savings in both time and costs, there should also reduce the risk and costs of documents loss by eliminating the handling of paper licences.
