To enhance training efficiency for different levels of Incident Commanders in the department by using computer system together with the Virtual Reality training software (XVR) for incidents and ground management of large-scale incidents.

Expected Outcomes

The proposed computerized training module should be able to simulate different incident scenarios with flexibility by configuration within a reasonable time frame as well as to have better control to ensure users are able to get things done more quickly to get familiarize with the proposed system.  The proposed system should also be able to facilitate in monitoring and evaluation of the training results.
