自動單車租賃系統給市民作休閒娛樂之用。該系統不需要大量人手操作的情況下讓市民能夠方便地於區內不同的地方租借或歸還單車，以便遊覽區內的景點和休憩用地。

該系統透過手機應用程式和互聯網以一站式服務提供單車預訂及付款功能給用家。此外，有關方案應探討採用電子圍欄技術(geo-fencing)管理單車泊位以防止單車胡亂停泊的問題。

如何運作？
1. 客戶掃描二維碼以下載自動單車租賃的移動應用程序
2. 客戶通過手機NFC確認註冊租借單車
3. 客戶用Payme付款，付款完成後，可以將自行車帶走
4. RFID定位基站測量自行車離開和進入停車區的情況
5. 當RFID定位基站測量自行車已歸還停車區，可以通過Payme安排返還押金
