Solution Description

We provide blockchain platform for digital contract signature, document storage and asset management, while all the sensitive data transmission storage by blockchain and view on mobile application and website portal. For asset management solution, we generate a unique hash ID for each of the asset with corresponding QRcode. User can operate asset status by simply scanning QRcode, allowing trustable data and document management. 

Under COVID-19 and work from home arrangement, there is a lot of paperwork, especially the documents that need to be signed and confirmed by multiple responsible people, which are not convenient to bring back to home for processing. In order to prevent the loss of important documents, the leakage of important files and important documents from being used improperly, during the epidemic, some staffs may still have to take a few days a week to take risks to work at office. On the other hand, users and customers are troubled because of difficulties to sign contract online. 

Facing these problems, we provide a blockchain based safe and secure online contract signing platform to accomplish signing contract and document online. On our platform, users are able to sign contracts and documents without paperwork at anytime and anywhere. We also provide full life cycle management of digital contract and blockchain document depository. The platform can ensure security and reliability of source file in the links of encryption, transmission, and storage through technologies such as electronic signature, digital authentication, reliable timestamp and blockchain. Therefore, relevant parties can sign contract remotely, and hence providing service without delay. 

For asset management, there is always problem in tracking and finding the validity record of leasing public asset or equipment in scenarios such as broadcasting, recreation or office. With high mobility of people and asset, there is always misplace or loss of equipment. Also, staff is difficult to remember all the date of maintenance. Therefore, our blockchain software integrates with QRcode and IoT, allowing users to efficiently manage assets, real-time tracking of asset entry and corresponding user identities, and all information is registered on the blockchain. Every asset has their unique ID, users enter and update asset information by scanning the QRcode, completing the change of asset status. It can avoid loss and damage of expensive assets, and regular reminders of asset repair and maintenance. Therefore, it can ensure that the equipment or asset is in the best condition. It also reduces the need and time for additional personnel to check asset condition, which increase operational efficiency. Most importantly, it can prevent loss and damage of assets when there is high mobility of people using that asset.

Use Case

Our solution consists of two parts. For digital contract and signature, document storage, it allows civil servants to sign contracts at anytime and anywhere, even under the “work from home” period. Application that needs to be signed by a civil servant or approved by multiple departments can be proceed smoothly. Therefore, it can ensure the stability of providing public service and increase work efficiency. On the other hand, when there are any legal problems caused, it is easier to conduct legal proceedings if needed based on blockchain electronic certificate to protect rights and interests in accordance with the law, due to the ease of access to electronic documents. Besides, documents stored on blockchain can ensure its reliability as data is unchangeable, which is more reliable to use as a legal evidence. Apart from that, storing documents on blockchain can prevent risk of losing paper contracts and documents, ensuring the quality of public service. 

For asset management, it can reduce idle assets and maintenance costs by 50%. It also reduces manpower for regular inspection and maintenance of assets, so that it can reduce government expenditure and better use of human resources. The most important thing is that it can avoid asset misplacement and loss of assets, and update the asset status. Therefore, it is much easier for the public to borrow government equipment such as recreational equipment. And the government can ensure the equipment lent is at its best condition.
