- 自疫情以來，訊飛智醫助理電話機器人快速在全國31個省助力疫情防控，針對重點人群電話隨訪累計達到1788萬人次，篩查出伴發熱等症狀10.5萬人，流行病學史陽性10.8萬人，外呼的應用效果也得到了各地應急指揮部等機構的高度認可

- 21年3月24日，韓國引進科大訊飛智能電話機器人，協助韓國政府及各級機構開展疫情防控。對疫情形勢嚴重區域進行系統性電話訪問、信息篩查，有效提高了防控效率，是韓國中央福祉部唯一認證的智能外呼產品，並在首爾、大邱等地常態化使用

- 清遠是廣東省首個短期內、大範圍使用人工智能外呼技術進行疫情防控隨訪工作的地級市。 3天內完成100萬人的流調排查，實時自動統計結果，高效服務疫情防控。截至2022年2月14日，累計服務達478萬人次，重點人群隨訪217萬人，篩查伴發熱等症狀人數3418人，流行病學史陽性人數3.2萬人。
