Digitization of Application Papers and Meeting Minutes for data analytic and decision making
a) digitize all hard-copy of application papers and the meeting minutes from the year 1990;
b) extract keywords and useful entities from the digitalised application papers and minutes;
c) develop an user interface (UI) to flexibly query the extracted data to facilitate further analysis and even assist in decision making of future applications.

To make use of the data extracted from previous applications for simple queries and data analysis. The comprehensive database will facilitate management users in data-driven Smart planning, which is an essential part of the Government’s Smart City Blueprint for Hong Kong.
