Part C. Declaration

I/We understand and agree that DPO or its partners or any Government bureaux/departments has the sole and absolute discretion to: (a) use or share among themselves the information provided; and (b) publicise such information except those which are specifically stated in this form as "for Government internal reference only". I/We shall not claim against DPO or its partners or the Government for damages arising from such use, sharing and publication. I/We shall indemnify and keep the Government fully and effectively indemnified against any allegation of or claim for infringement of intellectual property rights (including without limitation copyrights / patent issues) of any person or party arising from or in any way related to the provision of any information by me/us or any of our employees or agents.

The Government has the sole and absolute discretion to decide whether or not to proceed with a tender, and how to proceed. The Government owes no obligation to a company/organisation that submitted a proposal, and shall not be responsible for any cost incurred by the company/organisation for the preparation of the proposal.
